The story of LOLYO began even before the company cycoders was founded in 2018. Thomas Mörth was managing director of a marketing agency at the time and received an increasing number of requests for a straight-forward and affordable digital platform for internal communication. People were looking for an easy to use tool for reaching everyone in the company and keeping all employees informed. Most solutions on the market were too big, too complex and far too expensive. The solution: to develop an employee app that would meet all the requirements and also go much further.
The idea was to set up a mobile intranet with real appeal for all employees; a hub where colleagues would feel at home, communicate and enjoy sharing information. The LOLYO employee app. Our asset: as a marketing agency, we had far-reaching expertise and many years of experience in implementing loyalty and word-of-mouth-marketing projects. Under the technical leadership of software developer Martin Guess, a staff app was created that is easy to use, inspirational, motivating, multi-functional and extraordinarily cost efficient. Today LOLYO is used by leading companies in wide ranging sectors in 15 countries worldwide.

Martin Guess and Thomas Mörth founded the software house cycoders in Graz/Austria in 2018. In the same year they launched the LOLYO employee app and have since changed corporate cultures around the globe.
