Contact with us
If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not transmit this data to third parties without your consent.
Data storage
Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner is stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies. The same is true for the name, address, telephone number and, if applicable, credit card number of the purchaser.
The data provided by you is necessary to fulfill the contract and/or implement pre-contractual measures. We are unable to conclude the contract with you without this data. No data will be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of: credit card details that will be transmitted to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the price of your purchase. Other exceptions: data will be transmitted to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisors for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under fiscal law.
Once the shopping process has been cancelled, any data stored by us will be deleted. When a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the retention period as specified by fiscal law (7 years).
The following data will be stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years): name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Sec. 96 para. 3 TCA and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) GDPR.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to design our services in a user-friendly manner. Some cookies remain stored on your computing device until you delete them. These cookies make it possible for us to recognise your browser again the next time you return to our website.

Your IP address will be recorded but immediately pseudonymised [e.g. by deleting the final 8 bit]. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.

We strive to improve our services and our web presence within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest). The privacy of our users is important to us. This is why user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 26 months.
Newsletter
You have the possibility of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. We need your e-mail address for this purpose and your declaration that you agree to receiving the newsletter.
Once we receive your registration for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To unsubscribe please send a short note stating that you wish to unsubscribe to hello@cycoders.at or use the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletters. We will then immediately delete your data with regard to newsletter distribution.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and revocation. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection legislation or infringes your data protection claims in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The authority in charge in Austria is the Data Protection Authority.
Form data and comments
When visitors to our website leave comments or enter information in forms, the entered data and the IP addresses of the users will be stored. This is done for security purposes, should a case arise of a user writing illegal content (insults, left- or right-wing extremist propaganda, hate speech, etc.). Should such a case arise, we have a legitimate interest in establishing the identity of the author.
Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps for the display of map information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the way in which visitors to the website use the Maps features. In the privacy centre you can also change your settings so that you can manage and protect your data.
Use of Facebook plugins
These internet pages use plugins of the social network facebook.com operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
When you access internet pages of our website where such plugins are placed, a connection to the Facebook servers is established and the plugin is displayed on the internet page by communicating with your browser. By this means, the Facebook server learns which of our pages you visited. If you are logged in as a member of Facebook while accessing our website, Facebook connects this information with your personal Facebook user account.
