One of the standout features for Raufoss is how their employee app supports onboarding. New employees can immediately access company policies, training materials, and meet their teams digitally, as Arianne Maisonneuve underlines: “the app makes the onboarding process smoother and more engaging from day one.” Beyond onboarding, the app’s newsfeed and other functions keep employees involved and informed, with over 85% actively using the app on a weekly basis.
An engagement tool that works
Ask any employee what they love most about Raufoss Connect, and the answer is likely ‘the engagement tool!’: it is where employees earn points for engaging with posts, including liking, commenting, and participating in polls. They can then exchange their points for branded merchandise or gifts each quarter. “It’s simple, it’s fun and it works,” Maisonneuve confirms. Over 10,800 points have already been collected, with thousands of likes and dozens of comments showing just how active the employees have become.

Raufoss has tailored LOLYO to meet their specific needs, from branding to production workflows. The app is available in both French and English, ensuring inclusivity across their entire workforce. Popular features include the newsfeed and a digital contact directory, making communication more human and less hierarchical.
